Delivery, deadlines, fees.
Parcels are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment.
Delivery delay:
The packages are shipped in economical shipping, and the delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of your payment.
The parcel shall be deemed to have been delivered from the moment it was handed over to the carrier.

We reserve the right to distribute an order in several packages or to group several orders in the same package bearing the same delivery address.
Right to retract.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 7 days to return it at your expense and risk.
For exchange or refund, the period begins to run after receipt of the goods.
To ensure optimal operation and service, we ask you to proceed as follows:
1) inform pirates-ship.ch of the return of merchandise to: captain@pirates-ship.ch
2) the goods must never have been used.
3) the item will be refunded upon receipt and once the merchandise has been checked
